Shipping policy

We are not responsible for the package once it is left in the mail, for lost packages, for misspelled addresses, or if the package appears as delivered and has not been delivered by the postal service.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping again.

Estimated delivery time depending on your location and email. Production time may take 5 days, this varies depending on order flow.

Shipments are made 3  times a week. To be aware of everything that is happening "backstage" I recommend you go to our social networks such as Instagram and Facebook. 

All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your package was sent, an email was sent with the tracking number with which you can make any type of claim directly with the mail if the package does not arrive at its destination.

Please make sure you write the address correctly, as we are not responsible for wrong addresses.
